Our natural air rise ovens have no turbulence which prevents dirt from being blow around. Other ovens have air ducted nozzles causing loose dirt to be blown off the racks. The entire floor is the plenum which is made of high strength perforated metal. We pressurize the entire floor allowing the air to rise naturally. The air intake plenum has 300 high temp bag filters that need only be changed every 3 years. Our modular structure ovens can be mechanically assembled in one day.
